The United States is all set in following the recommendations given out the CDC that everyone should wear face coverings or masks once again when they are indoors, including the ones who are already vaccinated against Covid-19. This is due to the increasing concerns about the delta variant surge. Some local governments and stores have also updated their masks policies recently.
A majority of the changes are mainly impacting the employees rather than the customers; however, the stores are strongly encouraging the public to wear masks and to get vaccinated against the deadly virus if they have not already.
The masks have been made compulsory in airports and on flights as well. Every indoor public place has a policy of mask mandates. Small food outlets and local stores are also playing attention to the people who to them have their masks on, and are vaccinated at least once.
At least 2 Restaurants in Phoenix are asking the customers to take a proof with them which shows that they have been vaccinated against Covid-19 in order to dine inside their Restaurants. According to the reports, both FnB in Scottsdale and Oven+Vine in Phoenix, are asking the customers to show their vaccine card to dine in their Restaurants. Chef Charlene Badman, the co-owner of FnB Restaurants said that it is not something political and it is clearly not something that they have taken very casually. It is not something that is against any particular person or the fact that they have made a choice to not get a vaccine. It is solely for the protection of every person.
